“I have been working with Jolie for about 3 years. I initially joined a friend for one of Jolie's small group sessions. I enjoyed it so much that I continued attending and then followed her to her COVID zoom classes. She is the complete package! Her classes are balanced with a blend of exercises geared to specific areas. When I say balanced I am also referring to her blend of personality, motivation, instruction and inspiration. It takes a lot of commitment for her to offer herself to her clients every morning with a little song and smile. I also appreciate her tidbits of nutrition and "mental health" information. These are trying times and to be able to have a set start to my day has been really helpful. I have also increased my strength and feel more toned than I have ever been. I would highly recommend working with Jolie, no matter what your physical fitness is! She rocks!”

“Jolie’s dedication to our daily group classes during the pandemic (9 months and counting) has given us an embedded new habit. As lifelong outdoor fitness enthusiasts, we have never had a committed time for a personal daily indoor movement practice, until now. We now own and honor and make time for a session to happen everyday, 7 days a week. Before breakfast we do a half hour of movement on the mat—a combo of mobility, strength, and stretching. Never ever did that before but will ALWAYS do it now that we’ve created this new habit thanks to Jolie’s unwavering encouragement along with some zany delightful entertainment. “Not only is Jolie a vivacious, knowledgeable, and joyful professional trainer, she is my sister and it is a pure joy to join her 5 days a week for the live ZOOM workouts! There were many movements I was not able to do when I started—multiple squats, planks, push-ups, swing sets, etc. But now I can get through the 30-minute workout with confidence and pride, yet always feel I can challenge myself when needed. All are compliments to Jolie’s unique, fun and diverse workouts! She always reminds us to pay attention to our physical state, and she provides us with additional information for our overall body and mind health and wellness. We end every session with a “Happiness Prayer,” by sending thoughts of happiness to others on a daily basis.”
